What kinds of homes are planned at Tamaraya?

The project materials describe apartments, chalets, signature residences, lofts, townhouses and penthouses. This page features five specific one- and two-bedroom offers so you can begin with a manageable comparison.

Are these homes ready to move into?

These are off-plan offers. They state a three-year handover period without identifying its contractual start date. Ask Harmony for the latest construction update and the delivery wording for the exact unit before reserving.

What is included in the price?

All five supplied offers state fully finished delivery and one parking space. A separate 10% maintenance deposit is listed. Club membership is included in the three penthouse offers; it is not confirmed in the two apartment offers. Furniture, appliances and fittings shown in renders are not a confirmed inclusion—review the written specification.

How should I compare the areas?

The home sizes are gross areas, not verified usable internal areas. Roof areas are shown separately. We can help you request the written area definition, allocation plan and access arrangements for the home you choose.

Does Tamaraya include private beach access?

Private beach access is not confirmed in the material supplied to Harmony. The developer's location graphic shows a beach route, but proximity is different from an included access right. We'll help you clarify the arrangements before deciding.

Can Harmony help if I am buying from abroad?

Yes. Share your priorities and we can discuss suitable options, arrange information and help organise a visit or remote viewing where available. We can also help assemble documents for your independent lawyer's review. Harmony is a property agency, not your legal adviser.
